The Right Process for Every Thickness Band
Between 1 and 3mm, free foam is the process that covers the band, and its unskinned matte surface makes it the natural substrate for printing and mounting. From the middle of the range upward the choice opens up: Celuka carries a smooth hard skin at Shore D65 and serves cabinet and interior panel work, while co-extruded board carries the harder solid skin at Shore D68 for surfaces that see weather or frequent handling. The right structure for a given thickness is confirmed with the technical team once the application is known.

Sample First: Test the Board Before You Commit
Before a bulk order, Shine provides free sample boards for testing. Sample freight is borne by the buyer, and the cost of a custom sample is deducted from the first order. The technical sales team recommends the board type against your application first, so the sample you test is the specification you would actually buy.
