Kitchen cabinet and wardrobe door solutions

Using PVC foam board as the core material for cabinet doors, its closed-cell structure completely cuts off the water absorption channels. Even if water splashes into the sink’s edges for a long time, the board’s cross-section won’t absorb water like a sponge. For tall kitchen doors and long wardrobe doors, once the foaming density is determined, the internal stress of the board is extremely low. In terms of design, milled lines can be directly CNC sculpted, followed by a UV primer or a matching film.

Office furniture and commercial interior design solutions

Using B1-grade flame-retardant PVC foam board to manufacture office furniture, it is resistant to yellowing and cracking. Large-sized panels can be directly mounted onto walls; during installation, using structural adhesive together with just a few anchor points ensures a secure, flush fit between panel and panel, as well as between panel and wall. Our foam board can be bent with hot air into any curved reception desk or cylindrical cladding, with the bent area showing no stress whitening or brittleness. Moreover, even scraping the matte surface with a coin leaves only extremely shallow marks, eliminating the need for additional veneer. When renovating commercial spaces, the cut edges still reveal a uniform material, so edge banding is unnecessary, delivering a strong sense of visual integrity. On site, there is also none of the pungent odor typical of traditional composite boards.

Outdoor furniture solutions

Outdoor-grade PVC foam board is UV-resistant, so it won’t crumble or become brittle even after years of exposure to sunlight, rain, and frost. The board has near-zero water absorption, so it doesn’t retain water after heavy rain and won’t crack even when frozen solid at -10°C. It can be used to make outdoor benches, flower boxes, and bar counters, and can be mortised, drilled, and fastened like wood, with screws that fit tightly and have inherent elasticity.

Bathroom vanity and washbasin cabinet solutions

Using PVC foam boards for bathroom cabinets, we extensively apply CNC grooving and heat bending processes to bend the boards into a single, curved basin frame and backsplash. Even with repeated scrubbing with a scouring pad, white rings won’t form when exposed to various bathroom detergents. Because the entire board is waterproof, even with minor leaks at the drain pipe connection or prolonged immersion of the cabinet base in water, the board surface will not bubble or peel, nor will mold grow.
